2 hour Breathwork Journey (Monthly)

What to bring: Wear comfy clothes, a mat to lay on, blankets, a pillow and water.

What you need: min 300page Journal for daily Morning pages, and more pages/Journal for weekly prompts in group

New Moon Women's Circle (Monthly)

Monthly on a Thursday close to the new moon

Time: 7pm - 9pm

What to bring: something comfy to sit on, a journal if you have one, something to drink

Investment: Donation-based. Suggestion $5+

70% of donations will go to women's programming in SJ
