In one-on-one work, we can incorporate several practices depending on the individual need such as somatic exploration, parts works, and various cathartic, regulation or integration practices.
Group Breathwork Journeys
Together we discover the incredible power of your breath as a catalyst for personal exploration. Experience the release of stress and the shedding of old emotions or patterns that may be holding you back. Gain insight and renew a connection to your deeper self. Our journey includes understanding the breath and what to expect, using contemplation, movement, sound, and our breath to connect deeper to ourselves and each other.

Facilitating personal exploration is my passion. Whether it's through somatics and breathwork, holding circles, conscious intimacy workshops, book clubs, online reflective group practices, or excitingly collaborating with other facilitators, my joy is in supporting exploration and deepening one's journey of connection.
About

With over two decades of combined experience in the wellness industry and social work field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice. My own healing and discovery journey has not been a straight line, and no one's is. Our journey is a culmination of experiences of expanding and contracting as we peel back the layers one by one. Breathwork offered an entryway into possibilities that I wasn't aware of, and so it changed my life - layer by layer, breath by breath.
If you're new to Breathwork, allow me to introduce you to it.
Our breath is a powerful tool that connects us to our body, mind, highest Self and spirit. Our breath can influence our mood, energy, health and overall state of being. For example: different breathwork techniques can help us relax when we’re stressed or struggling to sleep, foster a sense of balance and connection, or boost our energy and resilience etc.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a specific breath pattern that intentionally activates our nervous system, inviting us to be present to what arises in our body and supporting us in integrating or releasing old patterns and tension accumulated by stress and trauma. Yes, our breath and body are a powerful tool!
Whether you explore a conscious connected breath pattern one-on-one or in a group setting, in-person or online, each session unfolds as its own unique journey filled with opportunities to deepen your awareness. I invite you to join me on this empowering path of self-discovery and connection.
